Exceptional experience. PRAVIN who is manager was very accommodating. The front staff was excellent in helping with room arrangements. BREAKFAST staff was also excellent. Food was delicious! Thank you. Not going anywhere else! VERY CLEAN

The staff was very friendly and helpful. When we got takeout food for supper and used the dining room, the woman who worked that evening made sure we had everything that we needed.

I traveled with my daughter and granddaughter, the facilities including the pool area were very clean, breakfast was well stocked and a good variety, the room was clean and comfortable, staff was very friendly, helpful and efficient. We'll definitely stay next time we're in town.

Parking was Bad but Hotel was Very busy. The breakfast staff was fabulous she was very clean friendly and made sure everyone had plenty to eat. One of the best breakfast attendants we have had in awhile. And we stay at hotels regularly. Mattress need little updated. But Hotel was very clean and friendly. And if someone complains about the dirt hay shavings and other farm and Rodeo related things then they shouldn’t have been there that weekend. That hotel was packed and the cleaning service were trying to do all they could to clean up. 12+ for staff!!!!

The clerk at the desk was super professional and friendly! Everything was very clean, and the breakfast was great! Bigelow tea is quality and indicates to me a commitment to quality overall.

It was good, but needed a better way to keep hot. There were lots of choices. Would have liked a small microwave added. Hotel staff were all really helpful and nice. Food tasted very good. The snack area with food choices was a nice suprise.
